The Orient Institute, in partnership with Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas da Universidade de Lisboa, the International Relations Coordination Unit and the Observatory of the Islamic World, is organizing the conference “O Alargamento dos BRICS: Um Novo Factor de Mudança na Geopolítica Mundial?”, which will take place on February 27, 2024, starting at 15h30, in the Óscar Soares Barata Auditorium, at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas.
The event aims to reflect on the geopolitical and diplomatic challenges posed by the enlargement of BRICS.
