Nevertheless, when you establish online contact with the OI, the latter will send you communications relating to the services and products in its areas of activity, and you always have the option of choosing not to receive such communications. OI guarantees to process your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other legislation in force in this area. The OI seeks, as far as possible, to comply with the new general data protection regulation. Some services and content are available through the site and do not require a subscription or registration and therefore do not imply the processing of personal data.

 

OI requests your personal data for various purposes. In each request there will be identified our privacy policy. The transfer of personal data serves the purposes considered in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The data will be stored for certain duration depending on the point of collection. But they are always subject to the option of the right to forget or cancel the storage, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Some sections of the Websites may contain additional restrictions on use or access. In such situations, use of the sections and access to material contained therein will be subject to specific terms of use. In case of conflict, specific terms of use will prevail over the Terms and Conditions.
