Aula Aberta: Brave New World: Debt, Industrialization and Security in China-Africa Relations

No dia 15 de Março de 2019, terá lugar no Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas da Universidade de Lisboa, no Auditório do Piso 1, pelas 15 horas, uma aula aberta intitulada “Brave New World: Debt, Industrialization and Security in China-Africa Relations” lecionada pelo Professor Christopher Alden, do departamento de Relações Internacionais da London School of Economics.

O Professor Chris Alden é especialista em Análise de Política Externa e investigador da South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA). É co-diretor do Africa International Affairs Program, no Think Tank LSE Ideas e é fundador do East Asia Project, na Universidade de Witwatersrand, onde lecionou entre 1990 e 2000. Tem inúmeras obras publicadas sobre o tema das relações Sul-Sul, com especial foco nas relações China-África.
